Project Overview

1. Our company is mainly engaged in the production and sales of a series of pipe cutting and threading machines, pipe bending machines, slotting machines and grooved mechanical joints. All other legal projects that do not need to be submitted for approval. 2. In order to reduce the impact on the environment, it was decided to cancel the paint processing of the pipe cutting and threading machine and replace it with plastic spray processing. Remove 2 original spray booths and 1 drying room. Added 3 plastic spraying stations and 1 biomass pellet drying tunnel.

Implementation of environmental protection measures

1. The shot blasting waste is discharged through a 15M-high exhaust pipe after being dedusted by a cloth bag. 2. The plastic-spraying dust and oil recovery device is treated and recycled and reused. A small amount is scattered and cleaned up regularly. Exhaust gas and fuel exhaust gas are discharged together through a height of 15 meters. 4. The solid waste generated in the production process is recycled by the supporting casting factory, and the saponified liquid and packaging produced are regularly processed by Hangzhou Dadi Marine Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. 5. The domestic waste is cleared and transported by the sanitation department
