1. The switch circuit is faulty
After the intelligent threading machine completes the threading, when the carriage feed lever is pulled back to the starting point, the V-shaped clamp does not open. This is usually a wiring problem or a switch problem. For this kind of failure, you can try to toggle the travel switch by hand to see if it returns to normal. If it is a line problem, manual operation can return to normal; if there is no response, it means that the switch line is faulty and the switch needs to be replaced.
2. V-shaped clamp without clamping action
In the process of thread processing, the V-shaped clamping system can not normally carry out clamping action, which is usually caused by the oil cylinder and oil pump not working. This kind of fault can generally check whether the cylinder solenoid valve is working, or check whether the oil pump is powered, and replace it immediately after the above problems are found.
3. The spindle cutter head has no knife spreading action
The non-spreading action of the spindle cutter head is usually caused by the servo motor not working. It is recommended to check whether the power plug and communication plug of the service motor are loose. If there is no looseness, touch the motor housing with your hand to see if it is high temperature. If the housing temperature is too high and exceeds 75 degrees, the motor needs to be replaced.
4. Pump overload alarm
In the working process of the intelligent threading machine, if there is an overload alarm for the water pump, it may be that the circuit is out of phase, the overload protector trips, or the water pump is burned out. You can check the circuit, the overload protector and the water pump in turn, and eliminate the problem one by one.
5. Oil pump overload alarm
In this case, it may be that the circuit is out of phase, or the overload protector trips, or the oil pump is burnt out, or the pipe diameter specification is inconsistent with the gear position. You can check the circuit, overload protector and oil pump in turn, and adjust the intelligent threading machine to the appropriate gear position.
6. Limit alarm before servo
The limit alarm before the servo may be due to damage to the sensor or misoperation. It is recommended to replace the sensor, or manually increase the signal, the signal disappears, and then returns to zero. If it is the limit alarm after servo, it should be manually adjusted down. When the current position is less than the zero position of the tool, it will then return to zero.
7. Servo drive alarm
Servo drive alarm is generally due to drive failure, it is recommended to shut down and restart.

1. The gearbox of the intelligent threading machine will circulate forced lubrication. HL46 oil is used for lubrication. The general viscosity is 41.4~50.6E40, which can be adjusted within the above range according to the working environment temperature of the equipment.
2. Whether the lubricating oil in the gearbox of the intelligent threading machine needs to be replaced, it is recommended to replace it every six months.
3. Lubrication of the guide rail sliding block: the guide rail sliding block is located under the support plate of the V-shaped chuck system. Before use, oil will be added once with an oil gun. It is necessary to inject lubricating oil on the guide rail surface regularly. It is recommended to inject 1-2 times a week.
4. In order to ensure the safety of transfer, it is recommended to use forklift (designated forklift position) or hoisting (designated safe hoisting position).
