It was established in 1988 by the merger of the former Hangzhou Xinxing threading machine factory and Hangzhou hardware bolt factory. Originally subordinate to Hangzhou Shangcheng District Economic Committee, now subordinate to Hangzhou Shangcheng District Planning and Economic Bureau

In the 1980 s, our factory was a professional manufacturer of electric tube cutting and threading machine products in China, and it was a cooperative manufacturer with the Ministry of Urban and Rural Construction and the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. With the continuous expansion of the scale, the total production volume has always been among the best in the same industry in China, and in 1993 it was renamed Hangzhou threading machine factory.

In order to further develop the enterprise, Hangzhou shida machinery co., ltd was established in November 2002 by HANGZHOU PIPE THREADER co., ltd., which is the production base of HANGZHOU PIPE THREADER co., ltd "tiger head brand" series electric pipe cutting and threading machines. The company is located in Hangzhou Yuhang District Baizhang Industrial Park with fresh air and beautiful environment.

The company has also passed the ISO9001-2000 quality system certification. In addition to meeting the domestic market, the products are also exported to Western Europe, the Middle East, South America, Southeast Asia and Asia.
